Results and Analysis
Q. How does the inpowr approach meet the requirements of Law 27?
The inpowr approach measures, identifies and analyzes the psychosocial risk factors present in the organization. The results are then used to determine priorities and propose tailored action plans that meet the requirements of Law 27. The plans address current issues as well as sustainable prevention measures.
The solution supports the prevention process, while the other requirements, such as establishing a health and safety committee or designating a health and safety representative, remain the employer’s responsibility.
Q. How are action priorities determined?
Priorities are determined through an advanced analysis of quantitative and qualitative data using our proprietary AI. This analysis identifies the causes associated with the issues observed in the organization. Once the causes have been identified, several action options are assessed based on their potential impact, feasibility and alignment with the practices, resources and processes already in place within the organization.
They are limited to a maximum of 2 or 3 areas of focus so that efforts can be concentrated on what is truly a priority and sustainable.
Q. Does the questionnaire measure qualitative data?
Yes. The questionnaire collects quantitative and qualitative data.
Employee comments and suggestions are analyzed in depth using our proprietary AI to better understand the causes, perceptions and dynamics behind the results.
Q. Can the results be analyzed by service, establishment or division within the organization?
Yes. The results can be analyzed by the services, establishments, departments or divisions defined with the client.
Cross-analyses can also be carried out, including with sociodemographic data.
Q. How does inpowr's solution stand out from other diagnostic profiles?
inpowr’s technology is powered by our artificial intelligence. We take data analysis to its full potential. It is a fast, simple and affordable solution.
In addition, our analysis covers more than 30 indicators related to well-being, violence, health and productivity, while also using human developmental reading, a scientific method unique to inpowr.
Technology and Artificial Intelligence
Q. What is the role of artificial intelligence in the analysis of inpowr's Diagnostic Profile?
Artificial intelligence connects quantitative data with employee comments to add human depth to the results. It helps identify psychosocial dynamics, interpret comments and produce consistent, comprehensive and automated results.
Based on a constructivist developmental framework, inpowr’s AI reasons through the interactions between the individual, their peers and their environment to bring workplace psychosocial dynamics to light. This goes far beyond simple text analysis. This evolution is intended to better support you in developing the solution paths best suited to your reality.
Q. How does the inpowr Leadership platform integrate with your tools?
The platform is standalone, cloud-based and requires no installation.
It is accessible online using a username and password.
Q. Is the solution based on scientific foundations?
Yes. The Diagnostic Profile is based in part on the QRBEST, FRP component, developed and validated with more than 18,000 workers in Quebec.
The questionnaire was developed by Mahée Gilbert-Ouimet of the Université du Québec à Rimouski and Manon Truchon of Université Laval. The process also incorporates a well-being scale based on 6 life sectors, validated by Dr. Estelle Morin, HEC Montréal.
inpowr actively continues to advance its technology and practices by collaborating with experts and researchers, while contributing to the advancement of knowledge in order to continually evolve prevention practices.
Privacy and Data Protection
Q. How are personal information and data protected?
The data is processed in a secure, isolated cloud environment hosted on AWS in Canada. The data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols, including TLS and AES-256.
Q. Are employee responses truly anonymous and confidential?
Yes. When the survey closes, the data is anonymized and then transferred to inpowr’s analysis environment. No attempt at re-identification can be made.
Q. Where is the collected data hosted?
