Health promotion through self-management: Our Mission
inpowr is a Montreal-based tech company that specializes in digital health innovation. It is one of the key players in Quebec’s health promotion ecosystem and workplace health and well-being. Its mission is to contribute to health prevention and sustainable health through self-management.
inpowr has developed an innovative technology based on a continuous scientific approach, an app that measures complete well-being and serves as a self-management tool with access to health education resources. Using evidence-based data, inpowr helps organizations to identify and manage psychosocial risk factors at work through detailed reports and analysis by its organizational health experts.
Committed to advancing science, inpowr participates in research programs with universities and key industry partners, and actively collaborates with researchers in psychometrics, the workplace, and AI.
inpowr addresses today’s needs and realities in health prevention: the new Quebec law modernizing the occupational health and safety regime, responsible AI in health and well-being, individual autonomy in health, and overall increased health literacy.

A continuous scientific approach
Our development is grounded in research and aims to advance science in the field of organizational health and well-being.
Our approach to measuring well-being is based on a scientific process that began several years ago and has been validated by Dr. Estelle Morin from HEC Montréal.
The same applies to our questionnaire on psychosocial risk factors, which was developed and validated with over 12,000 workers in Quebec by Mahée Gilbert-Ouimet from the Department of Health Sciences at the Université du Québec à Rimouski and Manon Truchon, professor at the School of Psychology at Université Laval, the researchers behind the project.
We consistently prioritize collaboration with researchers and universities to support the advancement and validation of our solutions.
