Martin Binette is a fervent advocate for the creation of healthy and safe work environments. He has dedicated over 25 years of his career to organizational health and well-being in group insurance, benefits, and workplace health and well-being. For 14 years, he worked as a disability case manager at Manulife Financial and as a corporate representative for Medavie Blue Cross in the fields of disability and sales. He then became a director and senior consultant at Morneau Shepell, followed by roles as business development director and Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Optima Santé. From 2021 to 2024, he was the Senior Director of Development and Growth at Relief, an organization supporting people living with anxiety, depression, or bipolarity, and their loved ones.

As the current Vice-President of Development and Growth at inpowr, he ensures the positioning of the inpowr solution within the Canadian organizational health and well-being ecosystem. inpowr’s innovative approach, which identifies organizational concerns with precision and offers solutions focused on empowerment and co-responsibility, perfectly aligns with his professional commitment.
