A full professor at the Department of Management at HEC Montréal since 1988, Dr. Estelle Morin is a psychologist and researcher specialized in industrial and organizational psychology. She has dedicated her career to mental health and emotional intelligence at work. Her research asks: how can we can give, or restore, meaning to our work. Dr. Morin has championed a humanistic approach emphasizing benevolence and moral rectitude in professional relationships for 30 years.

As an Associate Research Scientist at inpowr, Dr. Morin leverages her many years of research in workplace health, offering her cutting-edge organizational analysis methods and evaluation tools for the development of inpowr’s solution.
